Hi listeners and thank you for joining us today. I am really excited to speak with Canadian Cheryl Rosebush. Cheryl has spent 20 years in the field of media and communications including various roles in tv and radio journalism as well as with global organisations including the UN and World Bank, specialising in sustainable development, climate change and forest protection. This work has taken Cheryl to developing countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America, where she has seen firsthand the depth of nature’s beauty and the urgent need to protect it.

This year Cheryl added a new audience to her work- kids - with her environmental children’s book series called What the World Needs Now.  The series for ages 4-8, aims to connect the world’s youngest book lovers to the importance of nature, and our place in it. This is a brand-new adventure for Cheryl - completely independent and self-published! The first book in the series, What the World Needs Now: Trees! launched last week, and is now on sale on YPD Books and Amazon.

***And as promised, here is the link to the responsible printers that Cheryl mentioned in our interview: Dynamic Print and Barnwell Print. And through Barnwell, the book series pays carbon offsets to the World Land Trust.
