With a vision for every ‘woman in sustainability to have the confidence, courage and community they need to be a force for good’, Rhian shares her career journey that led her to launch WINS. The report, ‘Why being heard is not enough: solutions to the barriers facing women in sustainability’, was created in partnership with Newcastle University and offers a unique perspective into the challenges facing women in green careers and solutions to achieve 50:50 gender parity.
