Hello Neighbor- supporting recently resettled refugee and immigrant families- Sloane Davidson, Founder & CEO

Today is special for me as I am speaking with fellow Pittsburgher and University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) alumni, Sloane Davidson, Founder and CEO of Hello Neighbor, a nonprofit organisation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, committed to supporting recently resettled refugee and immigrant families.

Since their founding in 2017, Hello Neighbor has provided support to over 800 refugees and immigrants from more than 17 countries of origin, helping them feel more comfortable and confident in their new lives.

Pittsburghers, GSPIA alumni (Hail to Pitt!), and anyone keen to learn more about Sloane’s career path and her passion to return to Pittsburgh to make a difference in the community will certainly be inspired by her and the many volunteers who are the driving force behind the organisation.

And if you want to learn more about Kiva, head over to their site here.
