Anna Polatschek, Director- Programs and Partnerships, MovingWorlds
Today I am happy to be speaking with Anna Polatschek in São Paulo, Brazil. Anna is the Director of Programs and Partnerships at MovingWorlds, a Social Purpose Corporation that builds leaders and doers behind grassroots, world-changing ideas whilst supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.
Anna has a BA from Concordia University in Quebec, Canada, as well as a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Toronto. Anna has over ten years of experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility and is an accomplished professional with leadership experience in strategic management and planning, program development and implementation, policy development and analysis, stakeholder engagement and event coordination. Anna is recognised for her strong communications skills, proficiency in establishing and maintaining relationships as well as developing and motivating people and for her focus on the triple bottom line (environmental, economic and social), as well as her focus on SDG 17- Partnerships for the Goals.
Anna, I am really happy to speak with you as you have an interesting career that spans both North and South America, as well as bridges the worlds of academia, nonprofits, multinational companies, and now a social purpose corporation.
